In a coaching conversation yesterday, I ended up remembering my first Job with TCS. And the values which Tata’s instilled by NOT talking but living. Many things have changed since then..but some of the core remains. And this Core ..works.
In chaos theory, everything goes back to “Initial Conditions” which , more or less dictate how the chaos is going to pan out, and more importantly WHO are you going to BE in it.. When crisis happens… there is no time for wearing Masks (pun unintended) ..and who we are shows up.

Making mistakes is a part and parcel of business. The important thing is to do the right thing at every turn and not shy away from difficult decisions, he said.
Often I feel STUCK in the Polarity and find myself take on a “self righteous” stance and thereby project the shadow. But It’s never too late to remember and call myself out on it. We are BOTH, takers and leavers in different contexts… perhaps with this TRUTH ..we have a chance to move forward.
We are Takers AND Leavers.
I do feel we need to pause to “remember” and deeply listen to the story, our culture-the Human culture, keeps whispering in our ears. We keep falling asleep..and then end up in “knee jerk” reactions…and Polarize…create the ‘other’.
I know, we know this story. Which is why, when we do hear it, our spirit lifts with hope..our eyes shine with a resonance that is deeply felt but not often articulated. It is the story we tell our children..about Being Good.
