There is a wisdom in the just waiting and not waiting for

Maybe it’s not the to harvest, even though the pod is full of grain
The birds will let you know when the time when wait is over.
Pay attention to their sounds of their flutter.
Maybe it’s not time to say out loud, put out the things that are bursting at the seams
The trepidation, the rhythm of your breath will let you know,
Pay attention to the steadiness of your heart beat.
When the hand reaches out
The wait will naturally be over , the fruit, the flowers, your heart
knows the timing.
Waiting tells us what is really important
It gives us an opportunity to be curious
To meet the outside, inside.
