Move. Don’t just walk

You have been walking for miles, days and years

Haven’t you?

It’s not the same , you know – Walking and moving.

Some movements, happen, when being absolutely still, also

And you can walk a thousand miles -And yet, not move an inch – Inside

Movement is the essence. Nature is constantly moving .

Even you don’t see or notice it.

Funnily none of your knowledge, your reading,

will be of any use, if you don’t move.

Two legs and open eyes to see with will suffice

Move… Walk alone if you must.

Across the land, the puddles, mountains or through forests.

You are nobody, to the stones, the trees that watch you

The hills that you sigh at, or the prickly blanket of wet grass

Beneath your bare.. soft vulnerable feet.

You are no longer a role or a status, not even a person perhaps.

But a body, a body that feels the nip in the air, the burning of eyes with the smoke

The involuntarily wincing as you tenderly walk on sharp stones on the paths

The caress of long blade of grass and gentle tickle of the flower that fell on you

When you move and walk, the world has neither present nor future:

nothing but the cycle of one foot in front of the other.

mornings and evenings.

Always the same thing rhythm- But, never the same music.

Move.

Lest your head, and heart be left behind, In the hurried walking.

And you catch yourself lost,

having left behind parts of you on the path.Like in comic strips

Except – It not funny anymore

All that is really important is

this one pure moment of movement

Do not let it slip away

Unlived, unfelt, unnoticed, unmoved and unused.
